What is the WTC?
The Wolrd Team Championship (WTC) is an annual team tournament of the miniature board game āWarhammer 40,000ā.

It is the premier Warhammer 40K event, where nations from around the world compete with national teams to be crowned world champions.
Ā
Any nation can join the WTC as long as half of its roster of 8 people are citizens of that country. This makes the WTC the most diverse 40K event in the world.

The event takes place over a 3-day period in which teams battle each other to accumulate the most points and become the champions of the event. The 3-day team event is also preceded by a 2-day individual event in which players practice for the team event and compete against the best players from around the world.
Rules
World Team Championship uses its own rules package, FAQ and scenery map documents. The purpose of these documents is to create a structure for the WTC event, to provide a compendium of gray areas in the rules that are specifically governed in one way or another to avoid frustrations and heated discussions and to create an environment that meets the needs and requests of the WTC community.
