Salarus, Xenos, Lord of Ruin, Yuri the Third. These names are infamous among those familiar with cyber cults. Ultimate Cyber Cult Leader was serious about its messages and philosophies, but Papsikels City has a habit of twisting even the noblest intentions into something dark and sinister wrapped in shiny neon and titanium. What began as a campaign for workers' rights ended with Ultimate Cyber Cult Leader leading a growing family of people left to rot by the megacorps as they fight for respect, dignity and self-determination.
